To book a reservation...

1. Find a condo that suits you on our home page. If you would like additional information about a condo, click the 'More Info / Prices' link below the condo summary.
2. Check to see if the condo is available on your planned visit dates by clicking the "Check Availability" link below each condo description.
3. If the condo is available during your visit click the "Total Price Quote" link below each condo description. Complete and submit the quote request form.
4. We will reply to your quote request with a confirmation of availability, a "total price" quote (including cleaning fee, security deposit, and taxes), and your personal link to the Reservation page. You will then be able to use the Reservation form to make your payment by Credit or Debit card and finalize the reservation.

To cancel a reservation...

1. To cancel a reservation and receive a refund you must contact us by email no later than 30 days before the arrival date you reserved.

2. If we receive written notice (email) of your cancellation 30 days or more from your scheduled arrival date you will receive a confirmation email stating that your reservation has been canceled. Your payment will be refunded to you MINUS a $75 cancellation fee within 10 business days.

3. If we receive written notice (email) of your cancellation less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date we will cancel your reservation however a refund will be dependent on whether or not we are able to re-rent the condo you reserved to another party. If we are able to re-rent the condo for the number of days you have reserved you will receive a refund of the amount you paid MINUS a $75 cancellation fee within 10 business days. If we are able to re-rent the condo but for less days than you have reserved you will receive a partial refund. If we are unable to re-rent the condo we can only refund your security deposit and cleaning fee if full payment has been made.
