The master bedroom has a queen size bed and 1 twin bed, two dressers, cable TV and a large closet. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet, a dresser and cable TV.
The bathrooms feature beautiful wash basins, custom tile work and full baths. The master bathroom has a gorgeous custom made hand painted wash basin cabinet in the Santa Fe style.
High speed wireless Internet access, central heat and A/C are provided. An indoor swimming pool, hot tub and laundry facilities are available on the premises (very close but not in the condo itself).
Scenic, panoramic Old Ft Marcy Park is right across the street. The famous Santa Fe Plaza is just 5 blocks away and the Ski Basin road is 1 block from the front door.

* Departure cleaning fee is $75. Additional charge if tenant leaves condo excessively untidy on departure (as determined by us).
Pets are allowed on approval... there is an additional fee of $15 fee per pet/night plus an additional $25 cleaning fee. A maximum of two pets are allowed. Guests keeping pets in condo without approval will be charged $50 per night plus the cost to repair any damages that occur.
Check-in 4:00 pm / Check-out 10:00 am. Checkout time may be extended to 5:00 pm for $40 and check-in time may be extended to 11:00 am for $40 (based on availability, must be reserved in advance).
