This unique 750 sq. ft., designer decorated, grand room suite sleeps 3 and is located within walking distance of the heart of Albuquerque's colorful downtown area. Numerous fine restaurants, night clubs, theaters, and shops are within a few blocks of the condo. Freeway access is just 3 blocks away.
The condo is laid out as a large grand room with seperate kitchen. Large windows throughout provide a brite spacious atmosphere. The condo was decorated by a local interior designer who focused on color, local culture, simplicity and comfort.
The kitchen contains new appliances, marble tiled counters, and lots of cabinet space that's stocked with all the kitchenware you'll need. Applicances include large stainless steel fridge, clear top electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and more.
The sleeping area features a comfortable queen size bed and a rollaway bed is also available. There is a large walk-in closet to store all your belongings.
The bathroom is large and has a full bath / shower. The room is tiled with luxurious marble tiles throughout. A very large mirror covers one entire wall so you can primp no matter where you stand. A hair dryer and plenty of towels are provided.
A large private, shady patio with stylish comfortable patio furniture are just outside the back door.
A large capacity washer / dryer is located in the condo.
Both access points to the condo complex are gated and locked at all times. A locked garage is also provided.
